Bill Folden had to be disciplined twice for misconduct while disrespecting citizens. Once while on duty, and once while off-duty. Bill Folden is a Bully! This child didn't know how honest his sign was!
Home Depot Incident
On January 9th 2020, Bill Folden reported a theft from Home Depot on Route 40 while he was off-duty but still wearing his uniform. Officer Folden did not call dispatch. Officer Folden called a fellow officer who was on-duty and had her pull over the suspect. Officer Folden followed the vehicle and helped pull over the suspect while off-duty. The suspect had the receipt and was still asked to comply with a search of his vehicle. The suspect complied. Home Depot reviewed the footage and cleared his name. Bill Folden still yelled curse words at the citizen and wouldn't give the citizen his name or badge number. This is how Bill Folden treats his fellow citizens. It's a pattern of horrible behavior. Not the proper behavior of a representative or peace officer! Bill Folden has a major attitude problem.
Starbucks Incident
Bill Folden laughs as his fellow female officer calls the citizen who filed a complaint against him a "PIECE OF SHIT". Bill Folden was on-duty when he was chatting with another officer and Starbucks manager while drinking his coffee during the pandemic. Officer Folden was standing right next to the pickup area and wasn't actually drinking his coffee per the witness statement. Normally this may sound like a case of he said/ she said, but the pattern of Officer Folden's disdain for anyone who questions his authority is clear as day for anyone who looks into his record and watches the videos on this page. Officer Folden constantly uses abusive tones and verbal assaults on his fellow citizen's intelligence levels to claim he has authority over the individual he speaks to. Bill Folden is a Bully, and a small man. Bill Folden will never repeat his name for you. He only points to his chest while yelling at you and ordering you to read his name! Clearly there is truth to this story.
Bill Folden Wants To Make A Law Preventing You From Questioning Him Or His Friends. Friends Like Larry Hogan Who Loved Locking Down The State!
Bill Folden wants to be sent back to Annapolis to pass a law that doesn’t allow any citizen to question him or his possible abuse of power. He believes that he is above being questioned. Bill Folden believes that simply claiming to be a good guy means that people should be forced to take his word for it! Please listen closely to this podcast and take him for his own word! Listen to the limitations he would like to place on your ability to question your elected officials! Who gets to determine what is acceptable? Bill Folden? This is very unconstitutional and is being pushed by a candidate for office while using the red, white and blue along with the Captain America logo on his signs? What a disgrace! Maryland Delegate William Folden called for a vote by the Frederick Community College board of trustees at its monthly meeting to allow independent investigations of complaints that FCC President Elizabeth Burmaster has been verbally and physically abusive toward faculty and administrators at the college.
“I’ve met with numerous faculty who have been on the receiving end of [Burmaster’s] aggressive outbursts, up to and including inappropriate physical contact. This simply cannot happen,” Folden (R-District 3B) said at Wednesday’s meeting. “The president is a member of this board and in the chain of handling these complaints. This structure gives the appearance of bias. This has made it difficult for others to come forward as they fear retribution and the consequences their colleagues have endured for coming forward.
“I hope the board will weigh the seriousness of these allegations and the need for them to remove themselves for this investigation to occur in the light of day so we can all move forward with the results for a better FCC.”
Some faculty members wearing anti-bullying buttons were in attendance Wednesday.
Bill Folden Will Say Anything
Bill Folden clearly says anything and everything to lead people to believe that he treats people with respect. He does not! He claims that being a good cop is about relationships and trust. The community and the citizens who have had encounters with Bill Folden could tell you more about his demeanor than a fake inspirational Facebook post ever could. If anything, Bill Folden "Demonizes and Disgraces the Badge!"
